What I like about Yellow AI is that it gives our customers a human like experience whenever they communicate with us. It has really helped my brand and my customer support team. The team found it very easy to configure and we use it frequently.
Flow of conversations are highly customizable with ease of use from the backend. It takes a while for this to be learned but it does provide wonders when one gets familiar with it. Integratable with ticketing platform such as Zendesk.
The AI technology built in the system is way powerful, acts like a friend give, helps us to choose better, provides good suggestions, the conversation surely help customer experience for expanding the business. Surely it does help in expansion of business.

Once again, my inquiry was dealt with in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. In today's world this appears to be the exception rather than the rule but it's great to know that some companies still focus on providing excellent customer service and it is very much appreciated and valued.
We have a business line provided by Moneypenny and we keep having issues with it. I have now called them about 8 times over two days and am still unable to get the issue resolved. The two times I’ve called them today - both well within business hours - they’ve told me there’s nobody available to take the call.
The price plan they agreed was per call .then they changed it per minute .when it’s per minute they stall and drag out answering your call so they get paid more uses them for over 10 years .the price is very high quality of service is very bad if you want to talk to them good luck they can’t even answer there own phones .had to contact the bank as they a continue to take money .get a cheaper service they will not return my calls complete rip off
