VoiceNation's service has been very reliable for our restoration company. They do a great job of determining if an after-hours call is an emergency or not, and handling them appropriately based on that. It has been a very "hands-off" experience for our company, as it works automatically, without any intervention required on our part. I'm a very satisfied customer!
Happy with My Decision. My company switched from AnswerConnect in order to downsize and have a better customer support. I've had more support with VoiceNation in the past month, than I did 3 years with Answer Connect.
We are very happy with services. We’ve only had maybe 2-3 issues since we started with you guys and you have responded/resolved quickly- can’t tell you the difference between our old answering service and voicenation-night and day. I used to get weekly if not daily complaints about our answering service from our on call team members, and it was frustrating and inconsistent to change the on call list- the ease of changing the on call list is the best for me- I can do it from my phone in a few clicks. If you are thinking about changing services- I highly recommend switching to Voicenation.
My first month after signing up, they overcharged me for excessively lengthy calls. Multiple calls described as "Dead air" lasting up to 105 seconds. I can understand 15 seconds and hanging up, but at least 12.75 EXTRA minutes of listening to dead air and charging me for that. Also, my office is closed on Fridays, so the script for Friday reads "The office is closed. Please call back during normal business hours." Calls on Fridays could last 5 whole minutes just to say those 2 sentences. I tried to address these overcharges with customer service multiple times. They just ignored my concerns. Like they purposely made the calls last longer to charge me more.
I am never impressed with a company that makes it difficult to cancel service. I am now trying for the third time to cancel my voicenation service. No one ever gets back to me.
Moneypenny - very professional and I can't fault the service that they have provided. They're backed up by very good systems and all of the team who have handled our calls have been great!
Recently set up a plan with them to handle calls for us and Courtney dealt with all this and made things as easy as possible. Any questions I had shed answer my call and deal with it smoothly. On a whole, can’t recommend them enough
Once again, my inquiry was dealt with in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. In today's world this appears to be the exception rather than the rule but it's great to know that some companies still focus on providing excellent customer service and it is very much appreciated and valued.
We have a business line provided by Moneypenny and we keep having issues with it. I have now called them about 8 times over two days and am still unable to get the issue resolved. The two times I’ve called them today - both well within business hours - they’ve told me there’s nobody available to take the call.
The price plan they agreed was per call .then they changed it per minute .when it’s per minute they stall and drag out answering your call so they get paid more uses them for over 10 years .the price is very high quality of service is very bad if you want to talk to them good luck they can’t even answer there own phones .had to contact the bank as they a continue to take money .get a cheaper service they will not return my calls complete rip off
