I was really fortunate to find Voiceflow through an AI product management meetup and decided to give it a try for our pet care assistant. The app is well designed and laid out to accommodate power users and casual viewers alike. The blocks are well thought out and intuitive to use. Each function is powerful by itself and can accomplish just about any use case when used in concert with others. The documentation and community is second-to-none. I've basically learned how to be a low/no-code developer by watching someone demo something on Discord and then copy/pasting the same tactic into our account.
My favorite part of Voiceflow has been the company's customer service. They've been receptive to feedback even when contracts were still being negotiated. We've seen even small enhancements get fixed by their product team quickly. Beyond that, Voiceflow is incredibly user-friendly and has all the elements needed to make organized, collaborative bot designs. I use Voiceflow all day every day, and it's made my work life a thousand times easier.
Voiceflow is most helpful to devise and construct conversational chatbot and voice solutions in an easy and efficent way enabling us to promote and share with business stakeholders. It allows a collaborative enviroment for builders, content creators and end users to contribute to the end state solution.
