I dislike the fact that customer service never reached out to me concerning my inquiry about why my closet was deleted.
Day 5 seller not responding posh refused to cancel order reached out to seller no response posh reached out to seller no response please don't use this app this is the 2nd time I'm definitely reporting it to the bbb even paid for shipping..I advise a reputable app such as thed up etc I will be seeking litigation and forming a class action as I'm certain there are other victims

Once again, my inquiry was dealt with in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. In today's world this appears to be the exception rather than the rule but it's great to know that some companies still focus on providing excellent customer service and it is very much appreciated and valued.
We have a business line provided by Moneypenny and we keep having issues with it. I have now called them about 8 times over two days and am still unable to get the issue resolved. The two times I’ve called them today - both well within business hours - they’ve told me there’s nobody available to take the call.
The price plan they agreed was per call .then they changed it per minute .when it’s per minute they stall and drag out answering your call so they get paid more uses them for over 10 years .the price is very high quality of service is very bad if you want to talk to them good luck they can’t even answer there own phones .had to contact the bank as they a continue to take money .get a cheaper service they will not return my calls complete rip off
