I have created hundreds of hyper-realistic Avatars in D-ID, which were previously sketched in MJ and they have been a huge success!In D-ID everything is done perfectly and brilliantly. A simple and understandable interface even for a 3-year-old child. Uploading pictures and audio files - instant. Video generation is instant!In 30 minutes, I created more than 40 ready-made animated videos and have been continuing to do this for more than 2 months.

Absolutely, totally avoid it unless you want to use it for fun. Its a real shame its a good platform and works well but their Idea of business and steeling is unacceptable. Your first few videos will be great after thet you wil get no support and be held to ransome to continue.
On their website, they only say that in the Advance package you can remove/replace the watermark with your own. What they don't say is that you need to be a developer to do this
Utter tripe. An error happened when I created a video and it said to resubmit the data. Not only did it resubmit the data but charged me for multiple times for their system error. I did contact support who stated they would resolve the error and refund the charges - unfortunately, the did not and no longer respond to emails. I will be contacting bank to enter a chargeback
Moneypenny - very professional and I can't fault the service that they have provided. They're backed up by very good systems and all of the team who have handled our calls have been great!

Once again, my inquiry was dealt with in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. In today's world this appears to be the exception rather than the rule but it's great to know that some companies still focus on providing excellent customer service and it is very much appreciated and valued.
We have a business line provided by Moneypenny and we keep having issues with it. I have now called them about 8 times over two days and am still unable to get the issue resolved. The two times I’ve called them today - both well within business hours - they’ve told me there’s nobody available to take the call.
The price plan they agreed was per call .then they changed it per minute .when it’s per minute they stall and drag out answering your call so they get paid more uses them for over 10 years .the price is very high quality of service is very bad if you want to talk to them good luck they can’t even answer there own phones .had to contact the bank as they a continue to take money .get a cheaper service they will not return my calls complete rip off
